NEW Maybelline!!

My thoughts on the new Maybelline face products out in stores!! Here's what I got!

This primer is awesome! It has a cream lotion feel to it. A small amount goes a long way. I apply it before my makeup & let it dry. It blurs pores & imperfections to prep face for makeup! 

This primer is oil free & I find this product does keep my oily skin under control for atleast 5 hours. I would definitely recommend this product. The price is reasonable, the packaging is adorable & the product delivers!

This foundation has been added to my top favs! I am in love. This foundation goes on SO easily.

This foundation is made for normal to oily skin. It claims to make your skin matte & poreless. My opinion is, yes, it does. I agree with the statement. The matte feel is not completely matte, it is a natural matte, so your skin appears life-like not cakey. Pores disappear with this product instantly without the need to apply multiple layers.

The lasting power is great. This foundation does not move or separate throughout the day. I wear this paired with the Master Primer for a all day wear.

The color selection is fabulous. This shade "fits me" perfectly!

SMASHBOX Lip Enhancing Gloss in the color Pout

Great formula, non sticky, & gives great shine to lips. Reminds me ALOT of NARS Turkish Delight! Slightly more pinky purple than Turkish Delight. Formula feels alot like NARS as well, Pout retails for $19 at Sephora & Ulta.

SMASHBOX Bronze Lights in the shade Sunkissed Matte

A warm toned matte tan bronzer, close to the color of Too Faced Milk Chocolate. Great for light to medium skin tones for an all over glow without the shimmer! Retails for $29 @ Sephora & Ulta.

SMASHBOX CAMERA READY BB Cream in the shade Light/Neutral

This is a new shade to their collection, which to me runs dark for its "names" I am usually "medium tan" in most BBs/foundations but with this one I am considered light/neutral which is actually to me a medium type shade. 

If you are more in the medium category I suggest to go with this one, because it blends perfectly into the skin & comes up very natural for medium skin tones. Not too pink, it has a nice yellow undertone to it.

Gives WONDERFUL coverage for a BB. Covers like a medium coverage foundation, yet it feels like nothing on your skin! It is buildable, but a little goes a LONG way! Stays MATTE. SPF 35. Can be worn as a primer under foundation. Retails for $39 @ Sephora & Ulta.

Wear off

FOUNDATION UPDATE

See what I used to I achieved this foundation look!

BOOM! BEAUTY BLENDER!!

Came in sleek packaging, with the little spongy guy in the middle, so cute! I got mine from Sephora for $20.

Sources say, sponge works better damp, so I did run it under water for a sec to make it a little damp and then applied a new foundation I got!

Makeup Forever Mat Velvet + Matifying Foundation in No.60 Honey Beige

SWATCHED!

Foundation blended so smoothly right into my skin.

Mat Velvet gave my face a matte look and full coverage. This is just one application of the foundation onto my face. I wore the foundation for hours and there was minimal shine on my face. I am glad I tried this one out!

I would recommend this for anyone with normal to oily skin looking for control on their shine and a full matte look!
