MAC HAUL!

Picked up a few new MAC eye shadows! I wanted to share them with you all!! I wanted some new shades to play with for fall time!  

Here is what I got:

Star Violet (pinky-brown plum) One of my favorites! Reminds me of MAC Cranberry which is a beautiful color for fall! This shade is a little more on the violet side, with some pearl flecks.

Sketch (burgundy with red shimmer) This shade reminds me of a plum brown, it really gives me a warm fall vibe.

Blanc Type (creamy beige) This shade is an everyday shadow, meaning I have used it every day since I bought it! Ha! I loveeeeee a matte shadow for my brow bone highlight. I love this color. It's not too white that it looks like chalk. It has just enough beige to it to pop under your brow.

Gleam (Barely pinked gold) This shadow could also double as a highlighter! Just a beautiful shadow perfect for that extra glow. I have used this for a day look all over the lid with a neutral transition shade in the crease.

Shale (Mauve-plum with subtle shimmer) This shadow is so subtle & complimentary to my skin tone (NW20) it gives me a beautiful wash of color to the lid.

NEW Maybelline!!

My thoughts on the new Maybelline face products out in stores!! Here's what I got!

This primer is awesome! It has a cream lotion feel to it. A small amount goes a long way. I apply it before my makeup & let it dry. It blurs pores & imperfections to prep face for makeup! 

This primer is oil free & I find this product does keep my oily skin under control for atleast 5 hours. I would definitely recommend this product. The price is reasonable, the packaging is adorable & the product delivers!

This foundation has been added to my top favs! I am in love. This foundation goes on SO easily.

This foundation is made for normal to oily skin. It claims to make your skin matte & poreless. My opinion is, yes, it does. I agree with the statement. The matte feel is not completely matte, it is a natural matte, so your skin appears life-like not cakey. Pores disappear with this product instantly without the need to apply multiple layers.

The lasting power is great. This foundation does not move or separate throughout the day. I wear this paired with the Master Primer for a all day wear.

The color selection is fabulous. This shade "fits me" perfectly!

Such cute packaging, I am a real sucker for adorable packaging! The gold & glitter really caught my eye.

Out of Box:

Took a ton of pictures so you could get the proper shade of this blush. It was incredibly difficult to capture the shade because of the metallic packaging!

It is a beautiful cool pink shade mixed with a glitter overlay. The glitter does wear off, it is basically just a pretty top coat. Once you use it a few times the glitter goes away. So if glitter isn't your thing, don't worry!

Swatch:

Just beautiful. I purchased mine at Wal-Mart for about $10. It is a bit pricey other places, up to $15...so look around for deals!

I would recommend this product. I think it is just gorgeous! I don't notice a huge difference with the blush containing Argan Oil, but hey, it can only be a plus for your skin! It goes on smooth as silk & has great lasting power!

TOO FACED Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick!

I recently picked up the shade Sugar! It is a newer shade that was released not long ago. I am on a nude kick, so this was right up my alley!

The packaging is super cute. Easy to apply sponge tip. No bleeding or goopy-ness! You do not need much product. Fully pigmented and shiny. Not drying. Long lasting. True to color. Pleasant smell!

ON LIPS:

Over all I love this product. A tip I can give is to exfoliate lips before using this product. Apply lip balm, then Melted Lipstick, I find that keeps my lips hydrated. The price for these Melted Lipsticks is $21, available at Ulta! Go give em a try!!
